About the role
We’re looking for a proactive leader to strengthen our aged care quality systems, coordinate operational planning, and build strong relationships across the aged care sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both quality improvement and strategic coordination.
You will lead continuous quality improvement across our aged and community care services. Oversee Continuous Improvement Registers, quality actions, and audit readiness. Support policy, procedure, and training development aligned with legislation and standards that drives high quality participant care
