Manager Agronomy

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Bioindustry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in oil palm plantation management, with a focus on agronomy.
• Charismatic, strong influencer, innovative mindset
• Change management experience.
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels and motivate team members
• Experience and strong skill in group/team facilitation
• Experience in interacting directly with a broad group of external stakeholders, policymakers
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
