The Manager, AI Business Solutions oversees the application and adoption of AI tools across the organization, leading a team of AI Business Analysts and collaborating with business leaders. This role directly engages end users to identify business challenges, match them with approved AI solutions, and ensure effective integration into daily operations. Responsibilities include executing and enabling AI initiatives, driving measurable outcomes, and focusing on training, education, and change management to support lasting adoption. The Manager guides AI BAs in discovering needs, defining use cases, supporting implementation, and working with IT teams while maintaining ownership of the business outcomes.
