Role Summary
The Manager Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a critical role in driving Martin Dow Limited's end-to-end AI strategy. This position will serve as the single-point owner for translating the organization's AI vision into practical, scalable and value-generating solutions across functions. The role is designed to move the organization from AI ideation to execution, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, ethically deployed, and deliver measurable impact.
Role Responsibilities
* Own and drive the enterprise-wide AI strategy, translating vision into actionable and scalable initiatives.
* Identify, prioritize, and develop high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
* Lead end-to-end execution of AI initiatives from concept to deployment and optimization.
* Establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, and standards across the organization.
