AI & Automation Manager

Primary Purpose

The AI & Automation Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling intelligent automation and AI‑driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision quality, and employee productivity across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Proven delivery experience using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, attended/unattended bots)
  • Experience in process discovery, documentation, exception handling, and bot performance optimization
• Practical experience with Generative AI assistants built on LLMs, such as:
  • Enterprise ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft CoPilot M365, Perplexity, or similar
  • Designing prompt strategies, reusable templates, and user‑facing AI workflows
  • Applying GenAI to real business use cases
