Manager, Airline Strategy

Job Description

The Strategy Manager supports the development and execution of AirAsia's aviation growth and optimisation, with a strong focus on market intelligence, new opportunities, and enterprise-wide value creation. The role operates at the intersection of Commercial, Finance, Operations and Global Policy & Government Relations to translate insights into structured initiatives, decision frameworks, and strategies. This role reports to the Group Chief Strategy Officer.

WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:

• Identify, assess, and support new growth opportunities across markets, routes, partnerships, and customer segments
• Conduct analysis and build intelligence reports on competitor moves, market trends, and ecosystem dynamics
