The Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation (AOST) team is the innovation pillar under Airport Management cluster to drive transformation for airport operations. We are seeking self-driven leaders to join our team. As part of an entrepreneurial team within an ops division, you would be given the autonomy to envision, (re)define and deliver impactful airport-wide projects, particularly in the area of automation and robotics, and industry-wide workflow re-design. The ideal candidate should be excited by the opportunity to chart and implement projects with little precedence. This includes envisioning vastly different concepts of operations for Changi Airport, formulate & review the medium to long-term strategy, as well as drive implementation efforts to change concept of operations and scale up new technology including autonomous systems in airside.
