Summary

The Manager, Alberta Regulated Business Analytics will lead the development of analytical models in support of the strategic and financial outcomes of the Regulated Go-To-Market team and will be responsible for supporting business decisions and strategic recommendations to drive results including consolidated site counts, acquisition, retention, customer experience, margin, and economic profit. The Manager will have the responsibility of maintaining the financial model used to support Direct Energy Regulated Services non-energy application. The Manager must have the ability to effectively influence others without direct authority (that is, at or above their level). The individual will work as part of the Regulated Go-To-Market team, however, will influence the goals and objectives of the Customer Management, Digital & Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance and Regulatory Affairs teams.
