Manager, APP - Remittance MY

• Support the team in carrying out campaigns and initiatives to drive remittance business.
• Involve in product management and plan strategy to grow the remittance income.
• Work with various teams to execute campaigns.
• Prepare reports on overall remittance business performance, channel performance, as well as the outcomes for internal and external campaigns, for announcement.
• Prepare approval papers for management’s sign off on policy updates.
• Conduct regular market checks and perform competitive benchmarking to ensure product offerings, features, value proposition and FX pricing remain competitive in the market.
• Work with Decision Management team to analyze data for remittance business expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities that are in line with digital trend.
• Provide product training and campaign briefing to sales staff, branches and call centers.
