Manager Application Services

The Manager, Application Services leads the strategic planning, delivery, and support of enterprise applications within the university's ERP ecosystem. This role oversees the full lifecycle of application services — from ERP implementations and digital transformation projects to system integration and ongoing support — ensuring alignment with academic, administrative, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Services Management: Lead ERP implementation/enhancement projects, translate business requirements into functional specifications, conduct gap analysis, and oversee system integration.
• Project Delivery & Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage testing cycles, and drive Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.
