• Exhibits proficiency in leading and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Accountable for the comprehensive development and maintenance of client service strategies.
• Oversees assurance, accounting, and tax engagements with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Manages all facets of production processes and client invoicing.
• Leads and nurtures work teams to effectively meet and exceed diverse client expectations.
• Actively engages in and supports firm-wide strategic initiatives.
• Participates in the Team Development and Performance Management Program to enhance personnel capabilities.
