Manager, Asset Commercialization

About the Role

We are
seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Manager,
Asset Commercialisation to lead and optimise
non-toll revenue opportunities across ALR’s highway
assets.

This role is responsible for driving the
full leasing lifecycle, strategic partnerships, advertising asset
governance, and commercial structuring to maximise asset value
while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational
alignment.

Key
Responsibilities

1️⃣ Leasing Operations
& Execution

• Manage end-to-end
  leasing lifecycle (site identification, feasibility, approvals,
  execution, renewals, termination).
• Conduct due
  diligence and authority vetting for new advertising and commercial
  sites.
