Manager/ Assistant Commercial Manager (Marine)

Job Description

• Drafting, reviewing and managing commercial documents from technical proposals, quotations, contracts, purchase orders, service orders, service agreements and invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution
• Manage tenders and enquiry processing, including assisting in technical review, structured costing preparation and tender submission
• Support contract discussions, negotiations, and procurement contracting activities
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements
• Manage and support day to day Commercial & Contracts Department related administrative works
• Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure solutions meet customer specifications and requirements
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide secretarial support to the Director on commercial and contract matters
