Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing the infrastructure for pension administration.
• Design and implement the operational framework for the ePension digital platform.
• Ensure all operational activities align with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with both external and internal project owners and stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency by closely monitoring workflow processes.
• Track process productivity to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality service by meeting established SLAs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical skills.
• Regularly update the team, ensuring they are informed of individual and departmental performance goals and achievements.
