Job Description
Legal professional with min 5 years of experience either as an in-house counsel or with renowned law firms. The role will involve supporting the business through drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, assisting in regulatory compliance, handling consumer litigation, legal documentation, dealing with investigating authorities and providing day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements, API integration agreements, marketing agreements, NDAs, MoUs etc.
Support onboarding of operators, suppliers, service providers for OTA business from a legal and documentation perspective.
Assist in maintaining and updating platform legal documents such as User Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation policies, Marketing Campaign, etc.
