Synopsis

To manage the effective delivery and continuous improvement of AVSEC training by monitoring regulatory and operational changes, ensuring training programs remain compliant, relevant, and aligned with Etihad Aviation Security Program and applicable regulations.

Accountabilities

• Monitor operational and regulatory changes to ensure all AVSEC training packages are reviewed, updated, and aligned with current requirements.
• Review and validate the security training programs of Etihad‑contracted service providers to ensure alignment with Etihad Standards and applicable regulations.
• Keep track of AVSEC training compliance and other key performance indicators, preparing monthly performance reports for the Manager AVSEC Training.
