Leading Back End Team in the Engineering department.

Member of the Engineering Management Team.

Help implement the objectives and strategy of the Manufacturing Engineering Organization.

Head of the Back End Department; lead, promote and motivate subordinate employees, continuously develop their abilities, assist in HR measures

Identify training needs and devellopment opportunities according to the company future needs

Ensure successful project management in case of Major Projects and smaller Process Improvement Projects in the field of responsibility.

Responsible for the safety of the installed equipment, regarding legislation, norm or other regulations (e.g. CE-conformity).
