Manager Back End & Auxiliaries, Ardagh Metal Packaging Europe (m/f/d)
in any Ardagh Metal plant in Europe

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leading Back End Team in the Engineering department.

  • Member of the Engineering Management Team.

  • Help implement the objectives and strategy of the Manufacturing Engineering Organization.

  • Head of the Back End Department; lead, promote and motivate subordinate employees, continuously develop their abilities, assist in HR measures

  • Identify training needs and devellopment opportunities according to the company future needs

  • Ensure successful project management in case of Major Projects and smaller Process Improvement Projects in the field of responsibility.

  • Responsible for the safety of the installed equipment, regarding legislation, norm or other regulations (e.g. CE-conformity).
