Overview

• Manager, Bain Capability Network (Value Creation Center) – full-time position based in BCN’s Mexico office, part of the Corporate Finance Centre of Excellence (CoE) supporting Bain’s Strategy practice.

The Value Creation Center team partners with Bain's global case teams and client development teams to deliver insights and solutions around capital markets, valuation, and financial performance. The team covers topics including financial diagnostics and capital structure analysis; shareholder value creation strategies; corporate valuation and strategic financial advisory; and development of Bain’s Capital Markets intellectual property and go-to-market materials.

You will collaborate closely with Bain teams worldwide to influence C-suite decision-making, delivering data-driven insights that drive sustainable, long-term shareholder value. You will also partner with Corporate Finance CoEs in India for holistic delivery.
