Manager, Bank OS

Own a portfolio of enablement and executive workstreams so growth plays become scalable and world class. You will keep the Bank narrative tight and make the next step obvious for the field/ sales enablement/comms teams.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ External councils & partner moments: set agenda, prep briefs/speaking notes, capture decisions, drive follow‑ups.

+ Executive forums: board decks, decision memos, talking points; align data and storyline; track commitments.

+ Executive Knowledge hub: single source of truth for Bank positioning, product narratives, internal/external speaking points; access and freshness governance.

+ In‑platform enablement & field readiness: Advisor Portal narratives, readiness gates and measurement on every launch.

+ Campaigns & internal comms: Executive monthly updates; executive opportunities pipeline; coordinate with Field on tone and reach.
