Manager: Banking Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure BCM readiness for the branch in coordination with Centralised Operations, Conduct and document the evacuation drills at a frequency prescribed by Head Office from time to time. Submission of Branch KRI's on time.
To hold branch vault keys and ensure timely opening of the branch premises in line with security premises.
Conduct random spot checks of daily cash and report cash shortages and surplus to the Head of Operations and BM/AM.
Ensure to report overnight cash excess in the vault to the Finance department.
Ensuring High quality customer service in line with SLA; Act as the channel for Centralised Operations to escalate customer dissatisfaction and service issues through Complaints Management module ﴾Service Request﴿ in hPLUS.
Supervision of entire operations / back‐office tasks of the branch e.g. Teller, Foreign Exchange, Account Opening and Maintenance, Debit Cards, Trade Finance, staff daily attendance, and Leave Approvals.
