Job Summary

The Manager – BankTech is responsible for driving the development and execution of BankTech and Scoring strategy in MML and growing the lending portfolio including – credit/term loans and overdrafts for personal and small-scale business loans. The role constantly explores opportunities for credit building using multiple scoring engine platforms that are scalable.

The role also works very closed with partners to develop credit scoring models, loan processes, designing algorithms and negotiating strategy. It also ensures timely and robust

planning and execution through the product lifecycle and customer value management including, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and finally ensuring the successful deployment of the products in the needed areas. The role is also expected to understand and map customer journeys to improve experience.
