Manager (Beauty Salon)

Responsibilities: . Manage team of beauticians and spa therapists . Leading outlet to achieve sales target . Provide professional consultation/treatment and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatment package . Handling customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance to staff . Handle customer enquiries . Ensure good customer experience and service standard
Requirements: . Sales experience is a must . Preferably with 2 years of proven relevant working experience in beauty industry for example: Beauty Manager, Shop Manager, Spa Manager . Experienced beauticians and consultants interested in management position but without management experience are also encouraged to apply
Business Hours: . 12pm - 9pm (Monday - Friday) . 10am - 7pm (Sat, Sun, PH)
