The Manager, Benefits and Leave Liaison is responsible for overseeing and administering U.S. leave of absence and workers' compensation programs, serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

As a business liaison to the HR Total Rewards team this role will manage business processes including contracts, invoicing, and billing.

This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and delivers a consistent, positive employee experience.
