Looking for a Manager for a Boutique Hotel, a dynamic, hands on and result driven Manager to oversee a boutique hotel with 6 rooms and a 150 seater restaurant. An energetic professional with a strong sales background who can drive occupancy, restaurant traffic and overall profitability.



Responsibilities

Oversee daiy operations bothhotel and restaurant.

Drive room occupancy and restaurant salles.

Develop marketing initiatives and corporate partnerships.

Manage staff schedules, performance and training.

Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Contro coast, inventory and finacial performance.

Requirements



Diploma in hospitality Management or related field.

3-5 years experience in hotel and/or restaurant management.

Strong sales and marketing experince (corporate bookings, event, walk ins, partnerships)<...
