Overview

As part of the Subway Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:

• Providing an excellent guest experience
• Ensuring that excellent food is prepared & served
• Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
• Managing inventory and money control systems
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
• Recruiting staff
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
• Being a team player

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including awareness of local and national healthy and food safety codes
