Management Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the HR recruitment team to maintain, develop, and attract skilled staff to the BSAA team.
• Acting as liaison between direct reports and Account Executives when issues arise requiring attention.
• Performing staff performance evaluations and making recommendations as required.
