Summary
The building maintenance lead hand is responsible for overseeing building maintenance activities across all Execaire Aviation bases. The role ensures that each base operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards, passes building audits, and meets local airport and city requirements. The lead hand serves as a central point of contact for infrastructure-related issues, safeguarding company property and maintaining a consistent standard of excellence across all sites. They manage BMR (building maintenance requests) daily, addressing and dispatching preventive and corrective issues efficiently.
