Job Description
As the Manager, Business Analytics you will lead a team of Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts and low-code platform specialists, providing strategic and technical direction. In this role you are accountable for delivering trusted Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), managing the Enterprise Semantic Model (ESM), and creating decision-ready analytics that drive business value. You will lead an agile team using Scrum and Continuous Integration and Development (CI/CD), champion the BI Community of Practice (CoP), and collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Architecture, Data Platform, and Data Governance teams. You will guide the development of low-code apps and analytics solutions that complement enterprise systems, leveraging deep knowledge of Ledcor’s operations and technologies to improve business insights and operational efficiency.
