Manager, Business Analytics

Overview As the Manager, Business Analytics you will lead a team of Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts and low-code platform specialists, providing strategic and technical direction. In this role you are accountable for delivering trusted Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), managing the Enterprise Semantic Model (ESM), and creating decision-ready analytics that drive business value. You will lead an agile team using Scrum and Continuous Integration and Development (CI/CD), champion the BI Community of Practice (CoP), and collaborate with Business Leaders, Data Architecture, Data Platform, and Data Governance teams. You will guide the development of low-code apps and analytics solutions that complement enterprise systems, leveraging deep knowledge of Ledcor’s operations and technologies to improve business insights and operational efficiency. This position can be based in Vancouver, BC.
