Manager - Business Development

The Opportunity

Compass Group NZ is looking for a Business Development Manager who ideally has come up through the kitchen and is ready to lead from the commercial seat that you are familiar with. You understand food at a craft level, you have the network to back it, and you can turn both into contracts won.

Based in Parnell, you'll lead the end‑to‑end sales process, partner with Operations and Culinary to retain and grow accounts, and represent Compass as a credible, food‑led partner across our sector portfolio.
