Manager, Business Development

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support the Head of Business Development and Deputy General Manager (Domestic) in driving growth and achieving the division's strategic targets. This role is pivotal in building partnerships with key stakeholders, conducting thorough assessments and due diligence, and coordinating across internal and external teams to successfully execute business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Act as the focal point for engagements with potential partners, government agencies, and consultants, including organizing site visits and preparing investor memorandums.
Manage post-engagement activities such as issuing preliminary legal documentation (NDA, EOI, LOI), assisting in drafting term sheets, and providing options for commercial negotiations.
