Manager, Business Development

We are looking for a talented Sales Development leader to join our fast-growing Klaviyo APAC Sales organization. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives across multiple APAC markets, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and delivering a world-class experience to prospective customers.

As the first BDR Manager in Singapore, you will play a foundational role in building the Asia region's pipeline engine — owning hiring, goal setting, performance management, and day-to-day coaching, while adapting Klaviyo's sales development motion to diverse markets, cultures, and buyer behaviors. This role will be instrumental in developing Klaviyo's future sales leaders in APAC and driving sustained regional growth.
