About The Job
To ensure effective expense governance, strategic financial planning and insightful business analysis, enabling the organisation to optimize resource allocation, support business initiatives and achieve financial objectives.
Perform the annual business plan exercise which includes analysis, assessment and moderation of budgets submitted by departments and branches.
Review the full year forecast for company's expenses.
Monitor the company's expenses and perform analysis to identify potential areas for cost savings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Review the expenditure approval form for both local and regional projects, ensuring compliance to Policy on Expenditure Approval & Procurement and appropriate cost allocation basis/ratio is applied.
Review the quarterly Project Expenditure Report to Senior Management Team and Quarterly Project Tracking worksheet.
