About The Job

To ensure effective expense governance, strategic financial planning and insightful business analysis, enabling the organisation to optimize resource allocation, support business initiatives and achieve financial objectives.

• Perform the annual business plan exercise which includes analysis, assessment and moderation of budgets submitted by departments and branches.
• Review the full year forecast for company's expenses.
• Monitor the company's expenses and perform analysis to identify potential areas for cost savings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Review the expenditure approval form for both local and regional projects, ensuring compliance to Policy on Expenditure Approval & Procurement and appropriate cost allocation basis/ratio is applied.
• Review the quarterly Project Expenditure Report to Senior Management Team and Quarterly Project Tracking worksheet.
