Manager, Business Planning

JOB PURPOSE

To develop and implement a comprehensive business planning framework for the Engineering & Construction (E&C) business, covering market outlook, E&C strategy, and process improvement initiatives,
with a strong focus on upstream oil & gas projects and full EPCIC lifecycle exposure
, to strengthen and grow E&C's portfolio over the long term.

Key result areas include:

• Market outlook and market analysis for upstream oil & gas business
• E&C strategy (full EPCIC value chain)
• Process improvement / special projects

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the Head of Business Planning & Strategy (E&C) and lead the development of medium- to long-term business plans and strategies for the E&C business,
  specifically within the upstream oil & gas sector covering full EPCIC scope
