As Manager, Business Planning, you will enable our Development, Regulatory & Safety (DRS) teams to make faster, smarter decisions by bringing precision to resourcing and carbon management, and by ensuring strategic workforce initiatives deliver real, quantified benefits.
In this role you will partner closely with R&D leaders to keep our carbon utilization within globally allocated targets while building clear, reliable mechanisms to track and measure Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) initiatives. Your work will sharpen visibility, close gaps, and keep critical projects on pace.
