Manager, Business Systems & Innovation

Reporting to the Vice President, Shared Services, the Manager, Business Systems and Innovation supports system implementation, reporting improvement, AI adoption, process standardization, and technology enablement across Hall Group, bridging business users, operational teams, IT, vendors, consultants, and senior leaders.

Core Responsibilities

Business Systems and Technology Enablement

• Support planning, implementation, and improvement of key business systems across Hall Group.
• Coordinate system-related initiatives involving Shared Services, operations, finance, safety, training, project controls, and IT.
• Translate business needs into practical system requirements, workflows, reporting improvements, or technology solutions.
• Ensure changes are user‑friendly and aligned with how teams work.
• Evaluate new technology opportunities based on business value, ease of adoption, scalability, and operational fit.
