The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency to enable DoorDash to achieve its missions and continue to grow rapidly.
About the Role
As the Campaign Operations Manager in Mexico City, you will lead a 4 person Operations team that builds, QAs and launches hundreds of high quality CRM campaigns per year . You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft.
