Manager - Cargo Capacity

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To lead and manage the Cargo Capacity Management function, ensuring optimal utilization of available capacity across the flydubai network to achieve maximum revenue and yield performance, overseeing strategic planning, system optimization, and capacity control processes, ensuring effective collaboration with Pricing, Operations, and Commercial teams, including freighter operations, to meet the airline's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements cargo capacity management strategies to optimize load factors, yields, and network revenue performance.
• Manages systemwide capacity planning and allocation processes, ensuring alignment with commercial forecasts and operational realities.
