Manager, Case Management– Investigations Manager

Position Summary

We are sourcing resumes for two permanent full‑time vacancies and one temporary 18‑month contract. This field role is open to applicants located anywhere in Canada.

Responsibilities include independently conducting neutral and complex workplace investigations across retail business units in Canada, with a primary focus on harassment, discrimination, and Code of Conduct matters. The role works closely with the Senior Manager, Investigations, to oversee and supervise investigations.

The position requires expertise in applicable law and policy, including relevant employment, harassment and human rights law across Canada.
