Responsibilities
Review and certify metadata, asset and product configurations on incoming catalogs prior to ingestion and ultimate distribution.
Interface between business, technical and operational teams across multiple departments with both internal and external stakeholders
Ensure incoming content is brought in line with current metadata and asset standards, where differences exist
Oversee Quality Control team managing priorities, execution, and performance
Ensure QC team is closely and effectively monitoring quality of all submissions
