Manager, Change Management & Communications

Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of Workplace Transformation programs in Canada, ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

1. Develop and execute program-level communication strategies for Workplace Transformation Programs as well as communication materials and playbooks for other programs and projects as needed.
2. Create, deliver, and update communications content and material (i.e., documents, graphics, digital internal website content, videos, photo posts, presentations, blogs, physical signage, brand development, etc.) in support of Workplace Transformation projects.
