  Job Description   
 We are hiring Manager - Clinical & Lab Operations based from Andheri Mumbai. 

 Below is a brief of Roles and responsibilities; 

 Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to oversee the clinical processes, standard procedures, equipment concerns and other new facilities which are developing in the organization. 
 Monitor the performance of the centers in terms of revenue & profitability against targets and take corrective steps as and when required. Simultaneously, coordinating with the Accounts team to ensure all the payments are settled on time. 
 Undertaking and providing comprehensive support to the new projects reserved by the organization. 
 Escalate unresolved process and non-adherence related issues to management for prompt resolution of any issues at any center. 
 Bestow persistent support to all the consultants, on-call doctors, and patients.
