**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Partner with stakeholders on requirements and to understand their needs, and work cross-functionally with other Outrider teams
- Support long term planning, scheduling and budgeting
- Manage the day-to-day of team members
- Support hiring, mentoring and team growth
- Lead the development and implementation of Outrider's product security strategy
- Contribute generally to the growth and success of the Company and the building of a vibrant culture focused on the responsible deployment of zero-emission autonomous vehicle technology.
