In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Terra Technologies – a project delivery company delivering projects from onshore wind, solar PV and battery energy storage systems, to bioenergy, thermal and transmission infrastructure – is currently looking for a Manager, Commercial and Transactions to join the team in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Role

The Commercial and Transactions Manager will be an important member of the business development team with special focus on managing joint venture and/or partnership transactions, M&A, deal structuring and negotiations, valuation and business case analysis, and handling commercial transactions of greenfield renewable energy projects.
