Job Description

                    DescriptionStrategic Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of the Bank's overall strategic plan, aligning with business objectives and market trends 
Strategic Initiatives:Driving of strategic initiatives in Malaysia and across the Region for Group Commercial Banking, with the aim of realising the Forward30 targets set out by the Group 
To identify, develop and execute projects aimed at improving CX, Process and Efficiency 
 
Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships 
Develop and implement automation on routine functions and undertake process improvement tasks to ensure business efficiency 
 
Project Management & Performance Measurement:Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution 
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress 
Prepare monthly progress reports for Management meetings
