Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs); provide strategic guidance and support to the team to ensure all targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Regional Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Partner closely with the regional headquarters on new developments and initiatives; translate and filter complex technical or strategic knowledge into actionable insights for the local team.
Pricing Strategy: Conduct rigorous competitive pricing analysis to deliver data-led price optimization and maintain market competitiveness.
Inventory & Content Oversight: Maintain end-to-end oversight of inventory management and platform content listings, ensuring high-quality presentation and continuous improvement of the user experience.
