We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Manager to lead and grow AirAsia's duty-free business in PAA for both the inflight environment (sales via crew) and e-commerce (online) channels. Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Revenue Management:
Work with the regional team in managing the P&L responsibilities of Move Duty Free in the Philippines.
Drive commercial KPI's including revenue and cost-optimization objectives.
Lead overall business development including merchant and partnership growth.
Drive local merchant acquisition to expand No. of products and brands on our sales channels.
