Manager, Community Engagement

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Community Engagement to lead and grow SPIN's community and corporate relations, volunteer engagement, outreach and communications efforts. This role oversees volunteer management, events and activities, and resource coordination to strengthen partnerships and expand impact for one parent families.

Key Responsibilities

Community Relations, Recruitment & Outreach

• Develop and implement strategies to cultivate corporate and community partnerships.
• Design and execute engagement initiatives, events and outreach activities.
• Build strong relationships with government agencies, corporate partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee external communications in partnership with HCSA Strategic Communications team.
• Develop and manage corporate and community volunteer activities.
• Support SPIN alumni engagement in advocacy and volunteerism.
